Projects
Choosing the right contractor for you project can and will help you (as the manager, directors and association members) save valuable time and minimize the frustrations that can be accompanied with a large-scale project such as repiping. Based on our experiences with large scale association projects, these are an example of the questions.
We have been asked….
Who will meet the owners?
Are they going to be provided information such as dates and times of the work to take place?
Who is going to schedule the inspections and supervise the project?
If the board or manager has questions or concerns, is someone available for them?
Will the board and manager be updated on the progress?
Is there an “after hours” emergency line that someone can be reached at in case of an emergency?
At Moran Plumbing Inc. we believe that it is the “process” that makes the difference.
Moran Plumbing Inc. Will!
Provide the management and Board of Directors a weekly update on the scheduling and the progress of the project. Meet with all owners/tenants prior to the start of the repipe to do a “walk through” to discuss access to their home for repiping and inspections, the duration of the work as well as to answer any questions or concerns they may have. Obtain the proper building permits, arrange all inspections and meet with the city inspectors at each inspection. Full time supervision of crew. Crew members are professional, uniformed and will take all precautions to protect personal property and belongings during the duration of the project. 24-hour emergency line available to manager and board members for “after hours” situations. The items above are some of the things that should be considered when choosing the contractor for you Project.
